POTTERY BARN NURSERY NAUTICAL THEMED CAKE! This client's relative had us decorate her baby boy, "Dylan" nursery on his way in to the world's nursery similar to Pottery Barn's Nautical them for infants; and wanted her cake to match her relative's nursery. So we did it in a Grannybubba's Bakery Butter pound cake filled with raspberry puree' and banana's in our special vanilla custard. covered in our homemade butter cream icing . Notice the little fondant crab and starfish to the left and right of the life ring. The back has an anchor, more star fish and fish with bubbles.
(Above 3 photos) This Jeep Cake was for Steele. He loves the family off road vehicle so, we made it come to life in
a cartoon version of the Jeep. Notice all of the detail work: the tires are chocolate dyed black with tread and are filled with rice Krispie treats with shinny silver wheels, the fender skirts and running boards are white chocolate dyed black. The body is chocolate and vanilla cake with fudge filling covered in our homemade fondant with all of the details such as the spare tire, lights, grill, wipers, brake light, mirrors and the sand is made of graham cracker crumbs stuck down with a bakers trick, piping gel so that every thing was edible, recipes from scratch. So, it was super tasty in addition to looking great which is paramount at GrannyBubba Bakery.

This Volcano cake was vanilla cake with vanilla butter cream icing. The lava was white chocolate, yummy! The dinosaurs were placed by the five year old birthday boy and his three year old little brother before their friends arrived for the party. It was fun watching their excitement as they placed them. They also had a blow up dinosaur moonwalk in the back yard to jump in, WOW!
This is a Robins Egg Blue Cake with Chocolate Brown Fondant Accents with Devils food cake and chocolate ganache and mocha fillings was covered with homemade butter cream icing. This was one order we wish we could have eaten ourselves! They ordered a peach pie also for the weekend, wow!

The cake is fresh Strawberry Cake. The filling is cream cheese with fresh Strawberry's. The icing is Strawberry butter cream. The base is white butter cream. And, it's decorated with Strawberry's cut on the bias so every piece gets a Strawberry.
"HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL CAKE" This Cake is 9" x 4, 3 layer vanilla cake with chocolate butter-cream icing. Covered with white vanilla homemade fondant icing. Also adorned with: The "High School Musical 3" logo and the cast of character's outlined in black royal Icing, with red butter-cream bottom ring of stars. The top has wires with the Birthday girl, LELA'S name and stars and musical notes made of fondant sprinkled with silver dust. And, sparkle candle's. To see the smile on the birthday girl's face was all worth it.

(Above,) this lovely little`princess is a "Smash Cake" for a cute little One Year Old Girl! She will enjoy destroying what took us over an hour to make, it a few minutes. Ah, if only we could all be one again;in spirit we are. (Below,)the cake that went with it, adorned with a princess crown and star wands made of fondant, covered in light pink butter cream icing and dark pink butter cream trim and base. The Filling seen ( center) is a cooked vanilla custard with thin hand sliced fresh strawberry's. We use a butter cream icing dam and a thin butter cream crumb layer to keep the strawberry's from bleeding through and making the cake soggy. Does that sound yummy for some kiddies and parents tummies?
