Your date becomes reserved only when this “Wedding Cake Contract” is drawn up, signed & a $50.00 booking deposit is received.

DEPOSIT:

There is a $50.00 Deposit paid to reserve your date. In the event of cancellation, your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.

DOWN PAYMENT:

In addition to the deposit, a 50% down payment is expected 2 months prior to the wedding date. Due to RSVP”S and final guest counts-we request payment in full not be made at the 2 month date.

FINAL PAYMENT:

Total contract price is due 2 weeks prior to your wedding date. The cake will not be made if final payment has not been received. We are happy to accept payments on the final contract price-however all monies must be received 2 weeks prior to the event.

CAKE STAND:

In the case that Grannybubba.com Bakery provides the stand. The rental fee of the cake stand is $_________ and a refundable deposit of_______. All cake stands and equipment must be returned to the bakery by the Wednesday following the event.

CAKE CHANGES:

Changes to your cake order: size, description, flavors, etc.. will be accepted until 2 weeks prior to the wedding date,  this may affect pricing.  A signed amendment to this contract may be required. After that lockout date we cannot accept any changes.

DELIVERY & SETUP:

We charge a $25.00 delivery and set up fee for all cakes within 20 miles of the bakery. If the site is beyond that limit the rate is $0.57 per mile to and from site $25.00 per hour (set up and drive time). We will coordinate the delivery time with you- and schedule to meet you or your designee and set up your cake during our normal business hours (Mon – Sat. 9am to 4 pm).

CANCELLATION POLICY:

In the event of cancellation:  Cakes canceled prior to the 14 day lockout date can be refunded up to 50% of balance paid. The $50.00 deposit will not be refunded. Cakes canceled after the 14-day lockout date will not be refunded. In the event something occurs to affect your scheduled wedding date- please contact us to discuss the options.
